Credit Control Team Lead Tamworth – overseeing a team of 6-8 Credit Controllers £35-40k + Excellent Benefits SF are partnering with a national business with an excellent reputation for a high level of quality and customer service. The business is going through a sustained period of growth both organically and through acquisition. Your new role Proactively manage the key ledgers to ensure accurate and timely collection of payments, improving company cashflow and minimising risk. Leading a team of 6-8 Credit Controller, developing individuals and improving team performance. This role manages the process cradle to grave from on-boarding customers, putting accounts on and off stop, through to collection and allocation. The role will also deputise for the Credit Manager where required.
