SF Partners are currently supporting a Malvern based business in the recruitment of a Financial Controller. Please note, the role is based on site full time so we do require applicants to live within a commutable distance from Malvern.

We are seeking to recruit a hands-on Financial Controller to join a manufacturing business to undertake team management of a small team including the transactional team.

  • Responsible for management accounting and reporting.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Preparation of budgets and forecasts, variance analysis and KPI analysis.
  • Continuous improvement across reporting and compliance.

We are seeking a qualified accountant with a strong track record of team management and excellent interpersonal skills. UK and US GAAP reporting would also be desirable.
