SF Partners is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy manufacturing business in West Bromwich. This varied generalist role offers exposure across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong employee relations knowledge and confidence in supporting managers in a fast-paced environment.
The position allows hybrid working with 4 days onsite and 1 day WFH, with a salary range of GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 dependent on experience.
