My client is a construction company based in Warrington. Due to rapid growth of the business, they are recruiting this role on a permanent basis. The business is going to be growing quickly over the next few years and this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to own a transactional accounting function and build it as they see fit.

As a Transactional Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchase ledger, sales ledger, sub contract ledger, payroll and expenses. You will manage the team to ensure all aspects of the transactional function are running effectively and efficiently, ensure controls, systems and processes are fit for purpose to manage the growth the business is on, as well as business partner with key stakeholders across the organisation.

This role will suit a candidate who has experience managing transactional finance teams and has implemented continuous improvement and automation.

The salary is paying up to £65,000 dependent on experience with the ability to work 1 day per week from home. This role is one that truly offers autonomy and the ability to be able to shape the team the way you would like.
