SF Recruitment are recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer (with electrical bias).

The ideal candidate will possess the following.

  • Minimum of ONC or C&G 236 electrical qualification or equivalent.
  • 18th Edition regulations would be an advantage although not a requirement.
  • PLC troubleshooting skills including uploads & downloads of programs.
  • Hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
  • Pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
  • Engineering skills.
  • Although not necessary, injection or blow moulding experience would be an advantage.

The company has invested in state of the art robot palletisation systems that are controlled via Siemens S7 IPC's - automation experience will also be a benefit.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, your duties will include.

  • Plant & Machinery breakdowns.
  • Plant & Machinery servicing.
  • System changeovers.
  • Minor projects.
  • Continual improvements
