Main Responsibilities
- Producing timely and accurate financial information, ensuring that all accounting and reporting deadlines are adhered to.
- Preparing Monthly Management Accounts.
- Reviewing Gross Margins and overhead costs.
- Preparing monthly service fee back up reports and invoices.
- Producing customer rebate reports.
- Calculating Prepayments and Accruals.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Maintaining Fixed Asset Register.
- VAT Returns.
- Assisting with the year end audit.
- Cash management including Cash Forecasting.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Processing Supplier payments via on-line banking.
- Liaising with external auditors.
- Processing Accounts Payable invoices.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Carrying out any reasonable request given by appropriate persons.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Excellent Excel skills
- 2 years accounting experience
- AAT qualified desirable
