Main Responsibilities

  • Producing timely and accurate financial information, ensuring that all accounting and reporting deadlines are adhered to.
  • Preparing Monthly Management Accounts.
  • Reviewing Gross Margins and overhead costs.
  • Preparing monthly service fee back up reports and invoices.
  • Producing customer rebate reports.
  • Calculating Prepayments and Accruals.
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
  • Maintaining Fixed Asset Register.
  • VAT Returns.
  • Assisting with the year end audit.
  • Cash management including Cash Forecasting.
  • Bank Reconciliations.
  • Processing Supplier payments via on-line banking.
  • Liaising with external auditors.
  • Processing Accounts Payable invoices.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Carrying out any reasonable request given by appropriate persons.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Excellent Excel skills
  • 2 years accounting experience
  • AAT qualified desirable
