You'll be working closely with the wider business and gaining exposure across the employee lifecycle, making this a great next step for someone looking to continue building their HR career. It's a genuinely varied position. One day you could be supporting with payroll and updating employee records, the next preparing documentation for an employee relations case, producing people reports or helping coordinate an employee engagement initiative. The role will include: - Providing day-to-day HR administration and support to employees and managers - Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems - Preparing HR letters, documentation and employee correspondence - Supporting monthly payroll administration and employee changes - Managing sickness, absence and holiday records - Supporting disciplinary and investigation processes, including preparing documentation and taking meeting notes - Producing HR reports, people data and management information - Supporting recruitment, onboarding and wider employee lifecycle activity - Assisting with probation, performance and appraisal processes - Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and processes - Coordinating training, employee engagement, wellbeing and recognition activities - Responding to general HR queries and supporting the wider HR team We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely interested in continuing to develop their career within HR. Sadly, this one can't be your first role within HR. We do need someone who already has some previous HR administration experience and understands the basics of working within a busy HR function. You certainly don't need to know everything, though! Just as importantly, we're looking for someone who is keen to learn, happy to get involved and excited by the opportunity to broaden their experience and continue developing their HR knowledge. If you're currently working within HR and feel ready for a role that will give you broader exposure and plenty of opportunity to develop, I'd love to hear from you
