We are partnering with a well‑established B2B organisation seeking to enhance its internal Business Intelligence capability by recruiting a Power BI Developer / BI Developer. This is a hands‑on technical BI delivery role focused on developing, improving, and maintaining Power BI reporting across the business. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with analysts, stakeholders, and the wider data team to translate reporting requirements into reliable dashboards, datasets, measures and semantic models. While the business benefits from senior data architecture support, it requires someone to take practical day‑to‑day ownership of Power BI delivery, improve reporting consistency, and reduce reliance on a small number of key individuals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets and semantic models.
- Build DAX measures, reporting logic and data models in line with business requirements.
- Collaborate with analysts and business users to understand reporting needs and deliver effective BI solutions.
- Support the development and management of semantic layers.
- Enhance reporting governance, consistency, data quality and documentation.
- Work with ERP and operational data sources.
