They are looking to onboard an interim Finance Manager, who will be the main point of contact for on-site leadership and the senior Finance team, providing financial monitoring, budgets, and forecasting. This assignment is expected to last until the end of August.
Key tasks:
- Prepare monthly management accounts/budget/forecast monitoring reports
- Carry out/assist in month and year-end procedures, including Purchase Order reconciliation and cleardown, prepayments and accruals, income tracking, monthly outturn calculations
- Lead monthly meetings to discuss budget management and forecasting
- Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts as required
- Carry out supplier checks and other back-office checks as required
- Management and development of one member of staff
