SF Partners are working with a longstanding client of ours to recruit for a HR Administrator. You will have previous experience of providing end to end HR support, including onboarding, recruitment and first line employee relations.
Hours: 9-5 site based Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Update employee records
- Administer training records, and book training
- Support recruitment and employee onboarding including, right to work and DBS checks
- Prepare HR correspondence and administrative documentation
- Deal with first line employee relations
- Provide other general administration support for the wider office
About You
- Previous HR administration experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience with Sage, HR, or recruitment administration is desirable
