SF Partners are working with a PE-backed business who are currently looking for an experienced and hands-on Group Accountant to join their global finance team. This role focuses on financial consolidation, reporting, and ensuring strong financial controls across multiple international entities. You will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial information while supporting process improvements and collaborating with colleagues across the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the monthly group consolidation process and prepare consolidated financial statements
- Prepare and review financial statements for multiple legal entities across different countries
- Act as a main contact for external auditors and support the annual audit process
- Support corporate tax processes and ensure timely and accurate filings
- Monitor cash flow and review short-term forecasts
- Oversee payment schedules and liquidity planning
- Manage month-end accounting for holding entities
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Candidate Profile:
- ACA/ACCA qualified
