Salesforce Engineer with at least 3 years commercial experience (ideally gained in an in-house role) is sought by a high growth scale up based near Derby. Working at the forefront of B2C technology, this Salesforce Engineer will work closely with the engineering and operations teams to develop bespoke customizations that drive utilisation across the business and deliver huge functionality and customisation capabilities for their diverse customer base.
With a quality over quantity mantra, this Salesforce Engineer will be joining an autonomous, collaborative team with scope to bring new ideas, technology and a personality to the role with a team infrastructure that allows ownership of projects right through to deployment. This role would suit a Salesforce Engineer who is bored of BAU work and wants to use AI tooling to maximise Salesforce's ever increasing functionality in true greenfield project work with real business impact.
Core Skills- At least 3 years commercial Salesforce development and configuration
- A product engineering approach with the ability to drive ROI through Salesforce innovation
- Salesforce Einstein exposure would be a real plus
- Experience working in a product led, high growth business
- API and app exchange application integration knowledge
- Any front end experience would be a plus - JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js etc
- Apex (classes, integration, triggers, batches etc) knowledge
- All round flow understanding - scheduled, record triggered, screen flows etc
- Lightning MVC would be a real plus
- Up to £85,000 starting salary
