Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator Temporary to Permanent North Nottinghamshire £14 ph | Paid Weekly Long-term Temporary | Potential to Go Permanent SF Partners are currently recruiting for a strong Sales Administrator to join a busy and growing business on a long term temporary basis, with the opportunity to become permanent. We are looking for someone with previous experience in sales administration, customer service, order processing or general office administration who is organised, confident and enjoys a varied role. The Role: Processing customer orders and enquiries via phone and email. Preparing quotations and updating customer records. Checking stock availability and coordinating deliveries. Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments. Raising purchase orders, invoices and dispatch documentation. Supporting the sales team with general administration. Ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or a similar role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience using order processing or ERP systems would be beneficial. A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
