Management Accountant in Rugby

SF Partners are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a well-established and successful business based in Rugby. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their management accounting experience within a supportive finance team. You'll gain exposure across the wider business, working closely with operational stakeholders and playing an active role in monthly reporting, budgeting and financial analysis. The Role Reporting into the Finance Director, your responsibilities will include: Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts Producing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records Assisting with budgeting and forecasting Preparing variance analysis and providing commentary on financial performance Working with operational teams to understand performance and provide financial support Supporting month-end and year-end processes Assisting with cash flow reporting and financial planning Helping to improve reporting, processes and financial controls Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc analysis and projects About You We're looking for someone who: Is qualified or actively studying towards ACCA or CIMA Has experience within a management accounts or similar finance role Has strong Excel and analytical skills Is comfortable working with stakeholders outside of finance Is proactive, organised and keen to develop commercially Wants to progress towards becoming a qualified accountant This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Rugby-based business offering good exposure, development and the chance to build your career as you progress through your professional qualification
