SF Partners are supporting a brilliant Rugby based organisation in recruiting a Business Development Executive. Experience working within a charitable organisation / within fundraising would be advantageous.
Salary: £35,000
Working pattern: hybrid with travel to clients
- Development of a deliverable prospect pipeline of high value corporate partners, building income in excess of budgets to meet financial targets.
- Develop desirable propositions for corporates to creatively build opportunities for support.
- Creation of a robust process for engagement and relationship development creating a supporter journey that will maximise income.
- Identify the income potential from companies and building external and internal relationships to unlock opportunities include drafting and submitting applications.
- Attendance at fundraising events and other identified networking opportunities with the purpose of creating prospects for development.
- To support the wider organisation through stock generation and gifts in kind.
- To monitor and evaluate all aspects of the partnership, reporting on income and engagement in line with KPI's.
- Conduct due diligence on donors and prospects to ensure gifts are in line with the appropriate policies and legislation.
- Ensure the database is kept up to date.
