£73,000 - £85,000 plus benefits

We are recruiting for an Associate Director of Brand, Marketing & Communications to join an ambitious, purpose-led organisation at an exciting stage of its development.
Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting as part of the Executive Leadership Team, this is a highly influential role responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's brand, marketing and communications strategy. You will lead a talented team and take strategic ownership of brand, marketing, digital, PR, communications and reputation, ensuring activity drives engagement, strengthens awareness and supports long-term organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall Brand, Marketing & Communications strategy
- Shape organisational strategy and advise Executive and Board-level stakeholders
- Lead brand, digital, PR and communications activity
- Develop high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns
- Drive audience acquisition, retention and engagement
- Protect and strengthen brand reputation
- Use data, CRM, digital platforms and insight to improve performance
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team
- Manage budgets, governance, compliance and risk
About You
We're looking for an established senior marketing and communications leader with:
- Significant leadership experience across Marketing, Brand, Communications or PR
- A proven track record of developing strategy and delivering measurable results
- Experience managing complex brands and multiple audiences
- Strong digital, CRM and customer/supporter engagement experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience presenting to and influencing Executive teams and Boards
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Experience within the charity, healthcare or not-for-profit sector would be advantageous but is not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded marketing leader to join an organisation where you can have genuine influence at Executive level while leading a highly visible brand and communications function.
