SF Partners are delighted to be supporting a well-established engineering and manufacturing organisation in the search for a HR Assistant. You will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process and day-to-day HR administration during a period of increased workload.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating recruitment activity across multiple vacancies.
- Posting job adverts across various job boards.
- Managing the recruitment inbox and screening applications.
- Forwarding suitable CVs to hiring managers.
- Arranging interviews and liaising with candidates.
- Chasing hiring managers for job descriptions and recruitment documentation.
- Preparing and issuing offer letters using existing templates.
- Carrying out reference and Right to Work checks.
- Supporting with onboarding administration and ensuring all pre-employment checks are complete.
