Temporary Purchasing Administrator in Kirkby In Ashfield
Temporary (4-6 weeks) - £14.00 per hour
Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm (42.5 paid hours per week)
Hybrid: 1 day working from home
SF Partners are currently recruiting for a Temporary Purchasing Administrator to join a busy and friendly team on a 4-6 week assignment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who is confident managing purchase orders, speaking with suppliers and keeping on top of a busy workload.
The Role
- Processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Raising and managing purchase orders (POs)
- Contacting suppliers to chase updates on pricing, lead times and deliveries
- Building strong relationships with suppliers over the phone and by email
- Ensuring purchasing records and systems are kept up to date
- Providing general administrative support to the purchasing team
About You
- Has previous administration experience, ideally within purchasing or procurement
- Is confident speaking with suppliers over the phone
- Has excellent attention to detail and can work accurately
- Is organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and picking up new systems quickly
