To support the end-to-end development, validation, and launch of new and existing products, ensuring they meet defined requirements for compliance, performance, quality, and commercial readiness.

Main Duties Responsibilities:

  • Support product development activities from concept through to commercialisation.
  • Contribute to identification and evaluation of new product opportunities and product extensions.
  • Review product compliance requirements and associated testing standards.
  • Design and execute prototype testing to assess performance, durability, and operational limits.
  • Analyse test data and produce technical reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation including specifications, drawings, bills of materials, manuals, and service documentation.
  • Define critical spare parts requirements and support stock level calculations based on usage data.
  • Conduct product inspections and quality checks during pre-launch and launch phases.
  • Produce technical support materials including user guides, troubleshooting documentation, and training content.
  • Identify product improvement opportunities, accessory development potential, and cross-selling opportunities.
