The procurement and supply chain division at SF Partners are currently working with a really exciting business who has experienced continuous successful growth which finds them looking for the next hire to join their business. This role is a total mix of Buying, Material Planning and Project Coordination, so I am looking to speak to individuals that are able to multitask and thrive within an ever changing, fast paced working environment.
You will work closely alongside senior management and project managers with the below tasks:
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, clients and contractors to ensure the project runs smoothly within agreed timeframes.
- Sourcing and onboarding of selective suppliers to meet product demands.
- Obtain and evaluate competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors - utilising your negotiation skills.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender submissions and proposals in line with client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, pricing information and project documentation.
- Managing multiple tenders and deadlines with precision.
- Ensuring all purchasing and project related invoices are filed correctly and approved before sharing with the finance team.
- Delivering a first-class service to support with client needs.
