The role
You'll be responsible for shaping how content is managed, maintained and used across sales, partner and customer teams. This includes governance, content creation and stakeholder coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage content governance frameworks (ownership, approvals, lifecycle, standards)
- Audit and improve existing content, removing duplication and outdated materials
- Create high-quality enablement assets (playbooks, guides, decks, templates)
- Translate complex product and policy information into clear, usable content
- Coordinate stakeholders across product, sales, policy and delivery teams
- Support content launches and ensure teams know what to use and when
- Track content performance and continuously improve quality and usability
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in content governance, enablement, knowledge management or similar
- Experience managing or improving a content library used by sales, partners or customer teams
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Proven stakeholder and project management experience
