You will take ownership of the entire people function while also ensuring the business remains compliant across key employment and regulatory requirements. The Role

As the standalone HR lead, you will be responsible for delivering a proactive, commercial and compliant people service across a growing, multi-site business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to offboarding.
  • Advising managers on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and absence management.
  • Maintaining HR policies, employee handbooks and ensuring compliance with current employment legislation.
  • Overseeing HR systems, employee records and GDPR compliance.
  • Supporting performance management, development and engagement initiatives.
  • Working closely with senior leaders.
