SF Partners are partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, multi-site service-led business to recruit a commercially focused People Director. This could suit an existing People Director or a strong Head of People ready to step into a broader leadership role.

Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 + Benefits

Location: Birmingham (travel to other locations as required)

This role will lead the operational delivery of HR, Learning Development and Talent Acquisition, ensuring the People function supports continued business growth, performance and employee experience. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on translating strategy into action, improving systems and processes, driving collaboration across teams and building a high-performing People function.
