We're recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join a busy and growing fleet team within an established national business.

This would suit someone with solid administration experience who enjoys a varied workload, likes keeping things organised and is comfortable dealing with lots of different tasks and deadlines throughout the day.

You don't necessarily need previous fleet experience.

What's more important is that you're a confident administrator, comfortable using Excel and systems, have good attention to detail and are keen to learn.

Working alongside the Fleet Controller and wider team, you'll help with the day to day administration of the company vehicle fleet.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining vehicle and tracker records
  • Managing driver and licence checks and authorisations
  • Keeping vehicle information and records accurate and up to date
  • Booking services, tyres and vehicle repairs
  • Processing vehicle fines and driving offences
  • Supporting with insurance claims administration
  • Producing and collating monthly reports
  • Providing general administrative support to the Fleet team

It's a role where there's plenty to learn, so we're looking for someone who can pick up new processes quickly and is happy working in a busy environment where priorities can change.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience within an office/administration role
  • Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident written and verbal communication Comfortable prioritising a busy workload
  • Someone reliable, proactive and keen to learn
  • Previous fleet, transport, logistics, automotive or vehicle administration experience would be useful, but isn't essential
