IT Support / IT Kit Setup – Temporary Opportunity

North Nottinghamshire

Full Time | Temporary Assignment

Up to £30,000 dependent on experience

SF Partners are currently recruiting for 2 temporary IT Support staff to join a busy and supportive organisation based in North Nottinghamshire. This role will focus heavily on IT kit setup, Windows 11 installations, user device configuration, and supporting internal IT systems across the business.

Key responsibilities:
  • Setting up laptops, desktops, monitors, and other IT equipment
  • Installing and configuring Windows 11 on user devices
  • Supporting with new starter IT setups and equipment allocation
  • Assisting with system updates, device imaging, and software installations
  • Working with internal information systems and ensuring devices are configured correctly
  • Troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues
  • Logging and updating IT support tickets where required
  • Supporting the wider IT team with general day-to-day IT tasks
  • Providing excellent user support across the business
Ideal candidates will have:
  • Previous IT support, IT rollout, or hardware setup experience
  • Experience with Windows 11 installation and configuration
  • Confidence setting up and troubleshooting IT equipment
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to work
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Due to the office location, candidates must be able to drive and have access to their own transport. Candidates must be immediately available or available at short notice.
