SF Partners are supporting an organisation going through a significant HR systems transformation. They are looking for an experienced iTrent specialist to oversee the day-to-day operation.
This is a hands-on role where you'll:
- Lead and support a small HR systems and data team, providing guidance on complex issues.
- Manage workloads and priorities, ensuring service levels are maintained during busy periods.
- Work closely with IT Services and MHR to ensure iTrent remains stable, maintained and up to date.
- Act as the main point of contact for HR systems queries across HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Finance.
- Support the completion of the annual HESA return, including data validation, coding and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain and develop reporting through SAP Business Objects.
- Provide practical feedback and insight to support the wider transformation programme.
About You
- Strong working knowledge of iTrent and able to hit the ground running.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring or coordinating a team.
- Comfortable troubleshooting system issues and making decisions independently.
- Experience using SAP Business Objects for reporting.
- Previous Higher Education experience and knowledge of HESA returns would be highly advantageous.
- Able to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
