We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join our high-growth, private equity-backed consumer business. This role offers excellent exposure to senior leadership and a broad, hands-on remit. Working within a collaborative and high-performing finance team, you will take on a key role supporting financial planning, reporting and commercial insight across the organisation.

Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you will also partner closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders across the business. The role offers a strong platform to contribute to strategic decision-making while gaining exposure to both operational and commercial drivers in a fast-paced growth environment.

A bit more about the day to day:

  • Support ongoing product and pricing analysis alongside senior finance and procurement stakeholders
  • Assist in the delivery of budgeting and forecasting cycles across the group
  • Develop effective relationships with departmental leaders to support informed and commercially sound decision-making
  • Contribute to the monthly board reporting process, coordinating inputs from across functions
  • Provide clear, timely analysis and reporting to help improve performance across key business areas
  • Contribute to regular margin reviews, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities
  • Analyse cost drivers and supplier performance to support effective cost management
  • Assist in interpreting and presenting margin insights to the wider business
  • Maintain forecasting models and update financial data, including incorporating new sites or investments
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials for both internal stakeholders and external audiences
  • Deliver regular weekly and monthly reporting across key metrics such as revenue, margins and labour costs
  • Support the creation of clear and concise reporting packs that highlight business performance
  • Provide analysis to senior stakeholders to inform strategic initiatives and decision-making

A bit more about you:

  • Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Background in FMCG
  • Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with complex data sets
  • Background in FP&A or commercial finance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and communicate them effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner across the business
  • Commercially aware, with an interest in understanding broader business drivers
  • Exposure to data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau)
  • Experience within multi-site or consumer-facing businesses
  • Background in hospitality, retail or broader FMCG environments
  • Experience in private equity-backed organisations
