We're supporting a high-growth, PE-backed technology business in Cambridge looking to appoint a technically strong Financial Accountant to join their group finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant (or equivalent) looking to gain exposure within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment with strong visibility across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Group consolidations & monthly management reporting
- Statutory accounts preparation & external audit management (PwC)
- Month-end close activities, including intercompany and debt reporting
- Quarterly covenant reporting
- Supporting budgeting & forecasting processes
- Finance transformation projects, including ERP implementation
- Partnering with FP&A, operational finance & wider business teams
The successful candidate will have:
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting background
- Experience within group finance, reporting or consolidations
- Multi-currency consolidation & audit exposure
