We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and confident Administrator to support a busy HR team on a temporary 3 month basis. This is a varied role suited to someone with strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting a busy HR function with day to day administration
  • Taking accurate minutes during meetings
  • Drafting and sending follow-up correspondence and letters
  • Assisting with documentation linked to HR processes
  • Providing general administrative support as required

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A strong and confident administrator
  • Experienced in minute taking and written communication
  • Able to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

HR experience is beneficial but not essential, we are equally open to strong administrators who are keen to develop in this area. This is a hybrid role, requiring 1-2 days per week in the Grantham office, with the remainder working from home.
