Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programmes across digital and face-to-face channels

  • Own and manage the annual appraisal process
  • Support graduate and apprenticeship programmes
  • Partner with managers to identify and address capability gaps
  • Manage LMS content and learning resources
  • Coordinate internal and external training solutions
  • Travel to UK sites as required
