Warwickshire or London based. We're supporting a growing PE-backed international business with the appointment of a newly created Head of FP&A. Reporting into the CFO, this is a broad role with plenty of exposure across the business. You'll work closely with the Board and senior leadership team, taking ownership of budgeting, forecasting and reporting, whilst helping the business make better commercial decisions.

The role will involve:

  • Leading the Group budgeting, forecasting and planning process.
  • Preparing Board packs and investor reporting.
  • Financial modelling and scenario planning.
  • Developing reporting, dashboards and systems.
  • Working with senior stakeholders across the business, holding teams to account and helping them understand performance.
  • Supporting acquisitions and integration projects as the business continues to grow.
  • Occasional travel to the US and Germany.
