SF Partners is working with a rapidly growing, privately owned group to recruit a newly created Financial Controller position in Warwickshire. You will take day-to-day ownership of the finance function and help build the financial infrastructure to support the next stage of growth.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will:
- Lead a team of three Management Accountants
- Own budgeting and cash flow
- Develop dashboards and KPIs
- Ensure lender reporting and strong financial controls
