SF Recruitment are recruiting for a permanent Finance Business Partner for a growing and well‑established manufacturing business based across the Gloucestershire region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful group in a newly created role, offering the chance to make a real impact while working closely with both finance and operational teams across the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys a varied and hands‑on role with exposure across management accounting, commercial analysis and business partnering. Reporting into head office finance, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision‑making, improving financial controls and providing meaningful commercial insight across products and customer accounts. This role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement and adding value within a fast‑paced operational environment. Candidates should be part‑qualified or qualified (ACCA/CIMA) with strong Excel skills and commercial awareness.

Duties:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts and supporting board pack development
  • Analysing product profitability, customer account performance and sales trends
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes
  • Tracking and reconciling supplier and customer rebates, including accruals
  • Business partnering with sales, procurement, marketing and operational teams
  • Monitoring stock controls including slow‑moving stock and obsolescence provisions
  • Producing commercial reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
  • Identifying process improvements and strengthening financial controls across the business
