Sales Enablement Support Specialist Recruiting on behalf of a Global Technology Organisation

ABOUT THE ROLE

SF Partners are delighted to be supporting a major international technology-focused organisation in hiring two Enablement Support Specialists. These roles sit within a global enablement function responsible for planning, producing and delivering high impact sales and customer success training programmes. You'll join a fast-moving, collaborative environment where content development, programme coordination and global event logistics come together to deliver world‑class learning experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Content Development: Support the creation and adaptation of training materials (guides, decks, workbooks). Translate complex topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
  • Global Event Coordination: Support planning and execution of 100+ attendee international training events. Coordinate venues, travel, registration lists, materials and on-site operations.
  • Programme Operations: Keep programme trackers and documentation up to date. Capture meeting notes, actions and project milestones.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate with facilitators, vendors and regional leads. Help manage timelines, deliverables and project checkpoints.
  • Travel & On‑Site Support: Attend global training events to support set-up, coordination and facilitator needs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1-3 years' experience in enablement, L&D, training coordination or programme support.
  • Experience developing or adapting training content.
  • Strong written communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, project management platforms or LMS systems.
  • Proactive, adaptable and passionate about learner experience.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

  • Location: Remote (UK/EU time zone alignment)
  • Travel: Frequent global travel
  • Hours: Monday-Thursday core hours, occasional Friday availability
  • Start: ASAP
