About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well‑established and growing business based in NN3, who are looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual to manage and grow existing customer relationships while contributing to overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and build strong relationships with key customers
- Understand client needs and deliver the right products and services
- Follow up on leads, proposals, quotations, and send out samples
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross‑selling
- Handle day‑to‑day queries and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Arrange and attend customer meetings (both on‑site and in the field)
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in account management or B2B sales within a buy‑sell environment
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Good commercial awareness
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident dealing with customers
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft 365
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales targets achieved
- Meaningful Selling Interactions (MSIs)
- Deals won
