Managing Director - Specialist Public Sector Facing Service Provider

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established, technology-led organisation as Divisional MD of their most successful business unit (public sector).

This appointment is suited to a commercially driven leader with a proven track record of delivering growth, leading high-performing teams, and building strategic relationships across the UK public sector.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of commercial performance, operational delivery, and strategic expansion across a significant division.

The Opportunity

The Divisional MD will have full P&L responsibility for their business unit, leading a team across operations, account management, and service delivery, whilst overseeing a large network of specialist consultants.

Key responsibilities include

Developing and delivering the division's commercial and growth strategy.

Driving revenue growth through existing client relationships and new market opportunities.

Leading the successful delivery of long-term, complex contracts.

Ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer outcomes.

Developing high-performing leadership teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Working closely with product and technology teams to align future service development with customer needs and market demand.
