SF Partners are working exclusively with a multi award winning robotics company based in Birmingham who are upscaling their operations and looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant. £28,000 - £35,000 Office based.
THE ROLE
We are hiring a Digital Marketer to work across the full digital stack - paid ads, email, social media, events and PR support, SEO and content - with guidance and training from the Marketing Lead and AI tools in your hands from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Apply the brand guidelines in everything you produce.
- Support events and PR - logistics, materials, press lists and coverage tracking.
- Build and report on Meta and TikTok campaigns to a set plan.
- Run Google Ads tasks - keywords, feeds, bids and negatives - with review.
- Produce ad creative variants and run structured creative tests.
- Build Klaviyo campaigns and templates; run A/B tests and keep lists clean.
- Operate the team’s AI workflows - research, content generation and reporting runs.
- Create and edit 9:16 video for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
- Run organic social - posting, replies and engagement to the content calendar.
- Write on-brand copy for ads, email, web and social - and edit AI output to standard.
- Do keyword research and on-page optimisation to the SEO plan.
- Structure content and schema so AI assistants cite the brand.
- Pull and read GA4, Shopify and Klaviyo reports; explain what happened.
