We're currently exclusively supporting a growing business in Derby with the need of an Interim Internal Recruiter to support a busy period of growth and project delivery.
This is a hands-on recruitment role focused on delivering hires at pace across a broad range of technical positions. The business operates within a fast-moving environment where projects can quickly impact hiring demand, so they need someone proactive, adaptable and confident managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
The immediate requirement is expected to last 3-6 months, with around 25-30 complex hires needed to be made in this period. Depending on project workload, there is a very likely potential for the role to develop into something longer term.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous internal recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Ideally come from a technical recruitment background
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Be confident partnering directly with senior stakeholders and interpreting hiring needs
- Be hands-on, proactive and delivery focused
- Have the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands
