We are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a fast-paced, multi-site organisation on an interim basis. This role will lead the delivery of efficient and people-focused HR operations across the business, ensuring a high-quality employee experience throughout the full employee lifecycle. Reporting into senior HR leadership, you will also manage a small HR team and support ongoing process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
