Full Time

Location: East Midlands with ad-hoc UK Travel - Ideally suited to candidates based around Loughborough, Kegworth, Castle Donington, Long Eaton, Derby, Coalville and surrounding areas

Working pattern: Predominantly onsite, with some flexibility to work from home

SF Recruitment are exclusively partnering with a well-established and growing organisation within a fast-paced, exciting sector to recruit an experienced standalone HR Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys being visible, hands-on and close to the business. It’s a broad generalist role combining operational HR with the opportunity to influence the wider people agenda and work closely with senior leadership.

Supporting a headcount of c.250 employees across various sites, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day HR function while acting as a trusted partner to managers and senior stakeholders across the group.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a proactive, hands-on generalist HR service across the business
  • Managing and advising on a range of complex Employee Relations matters
  • Coaching and developing managers to build confidence and capability around people matters
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand and deliver key people priorities
  • Supporting organisational change and business-critical projects
