Overview

Temporary Data Entry Administrator – Central Nottingham – Β£12.71 per hour – Temporary (3 months) – Full-time, Paid Weekly. Immediate Start Required.

We're currently recruiting for a Temporary Data Entry Administrator to join our client's team on a 3 month temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data onto internal systems.
  • Maintain compliance by ensuring all records are complete and up to date.
  • Check documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Update customer and employee records where required.
  • Support the wider administration team with general admin tasks.
  • Identify and resolve any data discrepancies.
  • Ensure all information is handled confidentially and in line with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administration or data entry role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using databases or CRM systems.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
