I'm currently partnering with a well-established business in Erith that is looking to hire an FP&A Analyst to join their growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders across the wider business and wants to play a key role in supporting commercial and operational decision-making. You’ll work closely with teams across Operations, Transport, Sales and Finance, helping to deliver meaningful analysis, forecasting and insight that drives business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial forecasting, budgeting and planning
- Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
- Performance analysis and reporting
- Supporting strategic and financial decision-making
- CAPEX analysis and reporting
- Stock and inventory analysis
- Process improvement and financial modelling
What We’re Looking For
- Previous FP&A, Commercial Finance or Analyst experience
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience within stock‑led, distribution, logistics, manufacturing or similar environments would be highly advantageous
- SQL and/or VBA experience would be a bonus
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
