SF Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to support the Sales Team for a business based in Coventry (CV6). This is a growing company and they will be able to offer further progression for the right candidate. £28,000. The role is full time (Mon - Fri 9 - 5:30 1 hour lunch) onsite 5 days per week.

Main Role / Tasks:

  • Taking inbound sales calls
  • Quotations and pricing
  • Processing sales orders
  • Liaising with manufacturers to obtain delivery dates on products
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Providing correct information to the customers on price, delivery, technical questions
  • Assisting the external sales teams and customers with account questions

The ideal person:

  • Experience of working within a very busy team
  • Have some office / admin experience
  • Some experience working with sales teams would be ideal but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Very good telephone manner
  • Clearly spoken and good listening skills
  • Able to handle deadline pressure
