SF Partners are exclusively partnering with a leading marketing agency to recruit an experienced and proactive Part-time Recruitment Advisor to join their fun and friendly team. The Role

Working in a standalone capacity, you will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process across a variety of high‑volume roles, handling up to 30 live vacancies at any one time. Roles recruited for will include:

  • Merchandisers
  • Sales personnel
  • Field‑based staff
  • Operational and support roles as required

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Writing and posting engaging job advertisements
  • Sourcing and screening candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to onboarding
  • Coordinating interviews and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Managing candidate expectations and ensuring a positive experience
  • Supporting onboarding and offer management
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous recruitment experience, either within an in‑house or agency environment
  • Experience managing high‑volume recruitment campaigns
