Accountancy Practice Management Accountant in Coventry

Job Description SF Partners are working exclusively with a high-growth, multi-divisional business operating across project-led environments. Following significant expansion, the business is looking to appoint a Senior Management Accountant who can take ownership of divisional reporting while partnering closely with operational and senior leadership teams. You will support divisional leaders with a clear understanding of financial performance, including trading position, forecasts and cash flow. You will also work closely with the Financial Controller on group reporting and financial control. Preparing monthly management accounts with meaningful performance commentary Supporting tendering, contract costing and new project opportunities Assisting with statutory audit and wider external compliance Supporting the Financial Controller with consolidated group reporting Experience within construction, infrastructure or another project-led environment Knowledge of long-term contracts and project accounting The ability to explain financial performance clearly to non-finance stakeholders Experience using COINS or another project-based ERP system would be advantageous Genuine opportunity to influence divisional performance Clear career development within a growing organisation A broad role combining management accounting, commercial finance and business partnering This role will be office based initially to get up to speed, with hybrid working after a couple of months.
