Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation undergoing an exciting period of business transformation. As part of ongoing investment in systems, processes and continuous improvement, they are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, the Business Analyst will play a key role in driving operational and systems improvements across the business. Working closely with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and IT, you will analyse current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and support the optimisation and enhancement of the company's ERP systems.
ERP Business Analysts typically act as the bridge between operational teams and technology functions, gathering requirements, mapping processes and ensuring systems support business objectives. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with the business, challenging existing processes and delivering meaningful outcomes.
