We are looking for a Building Services Engineer to follow the RIBA plan of work and support the design, analysis, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) building systems. Key Responsibilities
- Engineering Design: Develop thoughtful, low-carbon mechanical or electrical designs from early concepts through to final construction details, helping bring each project vision to life in a practical and sustainable way.
- Modelling Physics: Prepare accurate engineering calculations, load assessments, and detailed 3D coordination models using Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD, supporting well-informed design decisions across each project.
- Compliance Safety: Support the delivery of designs that meet relevant Building Regulations, Industry Guidances/Standards, BREEAM requirements, and safety standards under the Building Safety Act, contributing to safe, compliant, and high-quality project outcomes.
- Project Documentation: Prepare clear and detailed project documentation.
