I am currently working with a large manufacturing organisation who are looking to grow their current application team with someone to focus/specialise on their D365 environment, ideally with a background in finance/sales/marketing modules. This will be 1/2 line application support, ideally resolving most incoming requests/tickets but also learning/developing once escalating to the senior team for any complex issues.
Ideal background/knowledge:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications at multiple levels.
- Able to provide 1/2 line support across D365, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience of bespoke/off the shelf applications would be advantageous.
- Maintain and update support documentation and resolution logs.
- Ensure business continuity through prompt issue management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic system initiatives.
