SF Partners are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly service department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term opportunity, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
You will be joining a well-established team with a wealth of experience, supporting engineers and customers with day-to-day service administration. If you enjoy a varied role, speaking with customers and keeping everything organised, this could be a great fit.
The role:
- Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing administrative support to the service department
- Managing customer assets and updating information accurately on the system
- Raising quotations for extended warranties and service contracts, then following these through
- Preparing contracts, purchase orders and invoices
- Processing orders for smaller spare parts
- Updating and maintaining customer records using Salesforce, ERP and field service management systems
- Supporting the wider team with general administration
About you:
- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone and via email
- Strong IT skills and comfortable learning new systems
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
