SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist / Administrator to support a busy healthcare practice in Nottingham for approximately 1 month. We are looking for someone who is immediately available and, importantly, already has a current NHS Smartcard.
The role will involve:
- Providing reception and general administrative support
- Dealing with patients face-to-face and over the telephone
- Booking and updating appointments
- Updating patient information and records
- Responding to general queries
- Supporting the wider practice team with day-to-day administration
To be considered, you will ideally have:
- A current/active NHS Smartcard
- Previous NHS, GP surgery, healthcare or medical administration experience
- Reception or administration experience
- Confident communication skills
- Good IT and data entry skills
- Immediate availability
